Welcome to Bulk Billing Doctors Bay Islands Medical Service
We are a family friendly bulk billing clinic. Doctors at Bay Islands Medical Service offers range of genernal medical services to Russell Island and Macleay Island individuals, seniors, elderly people & families. Our doctors and staff are highly experienced in Australian regional & hospital settings, and mostly have long term experience in general practitioner(GP) services. We are providing diagnosis and treatment, health checkups, travel advice, health & nutrition advice, prescription of medicine, management of acute & chronic conditions, referrals to specialists, ordering of screening and medical tests. We also provide all GP services to Aboriginal & Torre Strait Islanders. Our friendly staff welcome new patients, walk-in appointments and you can call or make an appointment through online booking.
Each General Practitioner (GP) at the Bay Island Medical Service operates their own, independent medical service business from the premises. Each GP engages Bay Island medical services to provide consulting space, reception, and nursing services, as well as access to equipment and consumables. No GP is employed by the Bay Island medical services and as such each GP decides their own service structure.
